Gaura lindheimeri

Plant native to North America, belonging to the Onagraceae family, it is also known as “Fior di Orchidea”, for its inflorescences similar to small orchids. The shrub-like plant is characterized by small, reddish foliage. In the milder months until autumn, it produces white or pinkish inflorescences, rather abundant and persistent in the shape of a spike. This is followed by the production of seeds.
